Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup wasabi powder
  • blended olive oil (25% canola, 75% olive oil)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine eggs, rice wine vinegar, and wasabi powder. Blend on medium-low speed.
  • Slowly add oil into blender until it reaches desired consistency.
  • Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
