Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
- ½ cup wasabi powder
- blended olive oil (25% canola, 75% olive oil)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine eggs, rice wine vinegar, and wasabi powder. Blend on medium-low speed.
- Slowly add oil into blender until it reaches desired consistency.
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
