Soft Shell Crab Sauté
Ingredients
- 12 soft shell Crabs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- flour or seafood breading
Instructions
- Thaw crabs if frozen.
- Season crabs with salt and pepper, then dip in flour or breading.
- Heat butter and oil in skillet.
- Cook crabs approximately 4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crisp.
- Crabs may also be deep fried at 375℉ for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown.
