
Shrimp Stir Fry

- Wok
Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 pound fresh snow peas
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dry sherry
- 1 small clove garlic crushed
- ⅛ tsp ground pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Wash and remove ends from snow peas.
- Slice mushrooms ¼ inch thick & cut peppers into ½ inch pieces.
- Mix marinade, divide in half.
- Toss shrimp with ½ of marinade.
- Stir fry shrimp in hot oil in wok until cooked, about 4-5 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.S
- Stir fry vegetables until tender and crisp.
- Place all ingredients back into wok, add remaining marinade. Stir until heated through.
- Divide stir fry evenly amongst 4 plates and serve.
