  • Preheat oven to 300℉.
  • Slice bread on an angle, about ½ inch thick.
  • Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush bread lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Place bread in oven until lightly toasted, only about 2-3 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Spoon small amounts of shrimp salad on each slice.
  • Serve either cold or place shrimp bruschetta back in oven until warm.
