- In a blender, combine eggs, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, ginger, and rice wine vinegar. Blend on medium-low speed.
- Slowly add sesame oil and allow to combine thoroughly.
- Then slowly add olive oil until it reaches desired consistency.
- Adjust sweetness with honey, to taste. Adjust spiciness with sriracha, to taste.
- Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
