
Seafood Fettuccini
Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, lobster, crab flakes, crab meat, or combination
- > Shrimp
- > Lobster meat
- > Crab Flakes
- > Crabmeat
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (or more to taste)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- ½ pound dry fettuccini
Instructions
- Melt butter until bubbly.
- Add cream and Parmesan cheese, cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Add seafood and seasoning; heat about 5 minutes.
- Pour over cooked fettuccini and toss.
- Add more Parmesan cheese as desired.
