Pineapple Shrimp Salad

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  • Add shrimp and 1 tbsp Old Bay. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain.
  • Mix shrimp, remaining 2 tbsp Old Bay, pineapple chunks, mayonnaise, celery, almonds, and red onion in a medium bowl, Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce.
