Parmesan Crusted Grouper
Ingredients
- 4 Grouper fillets 6 oz. each
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- ¼ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Season grouper with salt and pepper.
- Combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in enough melted butter to make the mixture evenly moist, but not runny or greasy.
- Place the grouper fillets on a lightly greased shallow baking pan.
- Coat each fillet (on the top only) with the parmesan crust.
- Bake until the crust is lightly browned and crispy.
