  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Season grouper with salt and pepper.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix in enough melted butter to make the mixture evenly moist, but not runny or greasy.
  • Place the grouper fillets on a lightly greased shallow baking pan.
  • Coat each fillet (on the top only) with the parmesan crust.
  • Bake until the crust is lightly browned and crispy.
