
Mexican Tuna
Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (Mexican parsley) chopped
- 4 8oz. Tuna steaks
- salsa ready made & warmed
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients, pour over tuna in non-metallic dish and marinate ½ to 1 hour.
- Boil or grill 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, turning once, basting often with marinade. Tuna is done when still slightly translucent in center.
- Spoon warmed salsa over top of each steak and serve.
