Instructions

  • Soak grilling plank for 20-30 minutes in water.
  • Heat grill and brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle fish with salt & pepper.
  • Lightly brush the plank with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the juice from 3 lemons, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, & pepper. Mix well.
  • Place salmon on plank and baste with lemon mixture.
  • Place plank on grill and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
  • Serve with remaining sauce.
