
Hot Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pound Crabmeat (desired lump size)
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 pounds round loaf of bread
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup pimento chopped
Instructions
- Mix and beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add mayonnaise, wine, green onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in crabmeat and pimento.
- Scoop out center of bread to make a basket.
- Place bread on baking sheet; fill center with crab mixture.
- Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
