Ingredients

  • 1 pound Crabmeat (desired lump size)
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 pounds round loaf of bread
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup pimento chopped

Instructions

  • Mix and beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Add mayonnaise, wine, green onions, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in crabmeat and pimento.
  • Scoop out center of bread to make a basket.
  • Place bread on baking sheet; fill center with crab mixture.
  • Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
