Grilled Walleye & Vegetable Packets
Ingredients
- ¼ stick butter softened
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or other preferred seasoning)
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 4 cups assorted vegetables
- 4 sheets heavy duty aluminum foil
- 1 pound Walleye fillets cut into 4 pieces
Instructions
- Mix butter, Old Bay, and parsley in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Place 1 cup of vegetables in center of each piece of foil. Top each with one piece of fish.
- Place 1 tbsp of butter mixture on each piece of fish.
- Bring up foil sides and tightly seal packet.
- Grill over high heat or bake at 425℉ for 12-15 minutes.
