Ingredients

  • ¼ stick butter softened
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or other preferred seasoning)
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 4 cups assorted vegetables
  • 4 sheets heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1 pound Walleye fillets cut into 4 pieces

Instructions

  • Mix butter, Old Bay, and parsley in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  • Place 1 cup of vegetables in center of each piece of foil. Top each with one piece of fish.
  • Place 1 tbsp of butter mixture on each piece of fish.
  • Bring up foil sides and tightly seal packet.
  • Grill over high heat or bake at 425℉ for 12-15 minutes.
