
Grilled Swordfish
Ingredients
- 2 pound Swordfish steaks about 1 inch thick
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a non-stick metallic dish.
- Marinate Swordfish steaks for 30-60 minutes.
- Grill or broil steaks, 5 minutes per side, turning once.
- Baste frequently with marinade. Fish is done when it is slightly translucent in the center.
- Serve with sides or garnishes of your choosing.
