  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a non-stick metallic dish.
  • Marinate Swordfish steaks for 30-60 minutes.
  • Grill or broil steaks, 5 minutes per side, turning once.
  • Baste frequently with marinade. Fish is done when it is slightly translucent in the center.
  • Serve with sides or garnishes of your choosing.
