Grilled Shark
Ingredients
- 2 pound Shark steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
- Baste shark with sauce and place on a well-greased grill. Cook 4-5 minutes. Baste and turn; cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
