Ingredients

  • 2 pound Shark steaks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cup onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add onions and garlic. Sauté until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Baste shark with sauce and place on a well-greased grill. Cook 4-5 minutes. Baste and turn; cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
