Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes.
  • Combine rosemary, oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, & pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Add salmon to bowl. Toss to coat.
  • Alternating the salmon and tomatoes, divide among 8 wooden skewers.
  • Oil the grill rack.
  • Grill the skewers, carefully turning once, until the salmon is cooked through, 4-6 minutes total.
