Grilled Jumbo Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 ½ pound jumbo Shrimp
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ shallot diced
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Peel shrimp & devein (if desired).
- Place shrimp in a resealable plastic bag.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp. Seal & marinate for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove shrimp & discard marinade.
- Cook on grill for 3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink.
