Greek Style Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
- ½ cup red bell pepper diced
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper diced
- ¾ cup panko
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 pound fresh Salmon skin off, minced
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- cucumber slices
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- 8 rolls
Instructions
- Combine bell peppers, panko, garlic, salmon, egg, soy sauce, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well with hands.
- Once salmon mixture has achieved a sticking consistency, use hands to distribute mixture evenly into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Cook burger patties, turning once, until burgers are just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Place burgers on rolls.
- Top burgers with cucumber slices & feta.
