Ingredients

  • ½ cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper diced
  • ¾ cup panko
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 pound fresh Salmon skin off, minced
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cucumber slices
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • 8 rolls

Instructions

  • Combine bell peppers, panko, garlic, salmon, egg, soy sauce, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well with hands.
  • Once salmon mixture has achieved a sticking consistency, use hands to distribute mixture evenly into 4 patties.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  • Cook burger patties, turning once, until burgers are just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Place burgers on rolls.
  • Top burgers with cucumber slices & feta.
