Ingredients

  • 1 pound Crabmeat
  • fresh lime juice
  • cracked black pepper
  • chopped coriander
  • cayenne pepper
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix crabmeat with a good amount of lime juice and some pepper and/or cayenne pepper to taste. Add parsley. Refrigerate and let sit for 20 minutes.
  • Before serving, add coriander and toss.
  • Great served as an appetizer or in a pita wrap!
