
Fresh Crabmeat Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound Crabmeat
- fresh lime juice
- cracked black pepper
- chopped coriander
- cayenne pepper
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix crabmeat with a good amount of lime juice and some pepper and/or cayenne pepper to taste. Add parsley. Refrigerate and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Before serving, add coriander and toss.
- Great served as an appetizer or in a pita wrap!
