
Crab Topped Fish Fillet
Ingredients
- 2 pound fresh fish fillet (choose from Tilapia or Flounder)
- > Tilapia
- > Flounder
- 1 package Old Bay Crab Cake Classic Mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound crabmeat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- In a large bowl, combine Old Bay Crab Cake Mix and mayonnaise. Add crabmeat and gently toss until coated.
- Spoon over fillets in shallow baking pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
