Chili Spiced Barramundi Fish Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 Barramundi fillets
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of cumin
- pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tomato chopped
- green cabbage chopped
- cilantro chopped
- lime
Instructions
- Season barramundi fillets with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
- Grill or sauté in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Cut and divide fish between tortillas. Top with chopped tomatoes, cabbage, cilantro, and lime.
