Broiled Cod Fillets
Ingredients
- 1 pound Cod fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 3 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
- pepper
Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Place fillets on a lightly greased broiler pan. Brush fillets lightly with oil.
- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and parmesan cheese. Spread on fillets.
- Broil fish 4 inches from heat for approximately 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
