  • Preheat broiler.
  • Place fillets on a lightly greased broiler pan. Brush fillets lightly with oil.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and parmesan cheese. Spread on fillets.
  • Broil fish 4 inches from heat for approximately 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
