Boston Blue with Browned Butter

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Warm a skillet over medium heat.
  • Mix butter, garlic, dill weed, and steak sauce together. Pour mixture into warmed pan. (Make sure pan is not too hot!)
  • Immediately add fish to pan.
  • Brown fish for 4-5 minutes each side. Outside should turn golden brown and fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
  • Remove from pan and serve.
