Baked Snapper with Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Snapper fillet
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium clove garlic
  • 3-4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • tsp fresh black pepper
  • 1-2 tsp fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tsp chives (optional)
  • 3-4 tsp breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish in dish.
  • In a skillet, melt butter with garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Cajon seasoning, pepper, parsley, and chives. Cook on low for 2 minutes, just to blend flavors.
  • Brush both sides of fish with herb mixture.
  • Toss breadcrumbs with remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle over fish.
  • Bake at 400℉ for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
