Instructions

  • Mix wine and salt; marinate halibut in mixture for several hours or most of the day.
  • Remove halibut and dip both sides in breadcrumbs. Place in a greased baking dish.
  • Mix together miracle whip, sour cream, and onions; spread over fish and sprinkle top with some of the breadcrumbs and paprika.
  • Bake at 500℉ for approximately 20 minutes. Allow a little more time if cooking more fish. Fish is done when flakes easily with a fork.
