Asian Marinated Grilled Wahoo
Ingredients
- 1 pound Wahoo fillet
- 2 tsp garlic finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup white wine
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and marinate wahoo for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Grill about 8 minutes per side, be careful not to overcook.
