Sea What’s Cookin! SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKES

Shrimp and Artichokes

 

Such a simple yet elegant dish to made for a busy weeknight, or a warm cozy fall weekend recipe for a group of friends!  

½ Stick of Butter

1 lb. of  Gold Label Shrimp

2 Tbs. of Chopped Garlic

2 Tbs. of drained Capers

6 x 6 oz. Jars of Marinated Artichokes

¼ bottle of Goya Hot Sauce

½ cup of Sliced Black Olives

 

Saute the Gold Label shrimp in the butter on med/high heat.

Add the garlic, capers, artichokes, hot sauce, black olives and let simmer until shrimp are fully cooked.

Serve with bread….enjoy J
