Adelphia Seafood, a regional seafood distributor with over 75 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate leads for new B2B sales opportunities in the wholesale seafood market
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell potential

NIGHT SHIFT WAREHOUSE

Adelphia Seafood is currently seeking a warehouse employee for our Night shift. The hours are M-F from 7:00 pm to 3:30 am. Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and at times in a team environment. Some occasionally heavy lifting (50 lbs.) is needed, but very minimal. Experience in a refrigerated work environment or in the food industry is a plus. Adelphia Seafood offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Office Bookkeeper (West Lawn Location)

We are seeking an experienced Office Bookkeeper to join our team. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and proven administrative experience in a professional setting. Strong math, bookkeeping, and communication skills are required. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile and record Store transactions
• Prepare and reconcile financial records
• Provide administrative support to the CFO and other departments
• Manage incoming calls and welcome visitors
• Act as primary backup for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, remote check deposits, and mail distribution
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Production Supervisor

This key position will be responsible for food production including the daily operations and scheduling in our fresh fish processing department and our RTE production kitchen. Prior production experience in the food industry, in a management or supervisory role is required. Previous experience with HACCP or SQF is a plus. HACCP and /or SQF Certification from a nationally recognized and accredited training firm is preferred. Must possess comprehensive experience with FDA and/or PDA rules and regulations. Requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with cross functional departments within the organization and have a proven history of effective problem-solving skills.

Lead a high-volume specialty seafood market where quality, service, and team development come first. This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for a coach who sets the pace on the floor, keeps standards high, and makes customers feel taken care of.

What you’ll lead

Daily store operations: service, merchandising, cleanliness, food safety, freshness, and shrink control

• Team performance: training, coaching, onboarding, and setting clear goals
• Scheduling, opening/closing routines, inventory accuracy, and online order flow
• Cross-department coordination with Kitchen, Purchasing, and Warehouse to keep product moving

What you bring

• 2+ years of retail or food leadership (dept lead or ASM level); seafood experience a plus

• Able to work Saturdays
