When you buy seafood products from Adelphia Seafood, you are buying from a facility that has HACCP certified employees. Our HACCP plan has been in place since 1997 to prevent food-borne illnesses. We are routinely inspected by the FDA and the PA Department of Agriculture as well as our national restaurant chains independent auditors. 

We employ Country of Origin labeling (COOL) on all of our fresh and frozen seafood products so you know where the products come from everyday.

We adhere to strict FDA guidelines for handling fresh and frozen seafood products and maintain full documentation of all HACCP records.

In addition to our HACCP and COOL compliance standards Adelphia Seafood is also registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
